◣HOW TO ORDER◥
✦ Please read my Terms of Service (TOS) before order.
✦ Copy the following form and fill the information in an email to [email protected]. The preferred email subject is "Art Commission (the customer's name/alias)"

Name: what should I call you? / your main social media link (I will keep them anonymous upon request)
Usage: personal use / commercial use
Payment method: PayPal or Thai banking
Order type: Regular/Chibi, Watercolor/Half-body, etc.
Character references: name, images, brief personality traits, etc.

Notes: anything you think is useful for me to know or doesn't want me to miss (e.g. pose, facial expression, deadlines, etc.)

Terms of Service

▍By commissioning Kisagi1317 ("the Artist") and making payment, you ("the Customer") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service ("TOS").【 GENERAL TERMS 】
✦ The purchase is for digital files of the commission artwork ("the Artwork") only. No physical copies will be provided.
✦ The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request.
✦ Base prices listed are for personal use. Commercial use are available for an additional fee.
✦ Additional fees may apply for complex commissions.
✦ The Customer and the Artist are not allowed to disclose each other's personal/contact details to any third parties without explicit consent from the other party.【 ORDER PROCESS 】
1. Submit your completed order form via email. The Artist will respond within 24–48 hours.
2. If the commission request is accepted, the Artist will provide a quotation and invoice.
3. Once payment has been received, the Artist will begin the sketch and send it to the Customer for review, feedback, and approval.
4. After the sketch has been approved, the Artist will proceed with the final artwork.【 PAYMENT 】
✦ The Artist accepts payment via PayPal Invoice (USD) or Thai bank transfer (THB).
✦ Full payment is required before work begins. Partial payment or a deposit may be accepted for larger commissions or by mutual agreement.【 TIMELINE & REVISIONS 】
✦ Commission completion time ranges from 3 weeks to 3+ months, depending on workload, type, and complexity.
    ✧ The Artist will inform the Customer if something comes up and there is a delay with the Artwork.
✦ Deadlines: Customers requiring delivery by a specific date must inform the Artist before submitting the order form. Rush commissions are subject to the Artist's availability and may incur an additional fee. Any expedited schedule and associated charges must be agreed upon by both parties.
✦ After the Artwork is completed, the Customer may request a reasonable number of minor revisions at no additional charge. Minor revisions include small adjustments such as color corrections or minor detail refinements. Requests for significant changes—such as altering the composition, pose, character design, or other elements that require substantial reworking— may be declined at the Artist's discretion. If accepted, additional fees will apply.【 ARTWORK DELIVERY 】
✦ Upon completion, the Artist will deliver the final files to the Customer's email.
✦ The Artist will provide the Customer with a full-resolution PNG file and a resized JPG version of the artwork. For public sharing, the Artist recommends using the resized version instead of the full-resolution file.
✦ Layered source files (.PSD/.CSP) and separated artwork elements are not included by default and must be requested during the quotation process, as additional fees will apply.
✦ Upon delivery of the Artwork, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. The Artist will not be responsible for loss of the Artwork once it has been sent. The Artist cannot guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.【 LICENSING 】
✦ Any usage for commercial, advertising, and/or promotional purposes is considered commercial use.
✦ The price tiers provided below are for reference only. Please contact the Artist to confirm the price again, as it may vary depending on the details of the work.
    ✧ [1x Price] Personal Use: The Customer may use the Artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Permitted uses include personal prints, social media posts, profile pictures, wallpapers, and other non-monetized personal use. The Artwork may not be used for promotional or commercial purposes.
    ✧ [2x Price] Commercial Promotion: The Customer may use the Artwork for promotional purposes, including websites, social media, monetized platforms, advertisements, printed promotional materials, and complimentary items (e.g. postcards, flyers, bookmarks, or gifts bundled with the primary product). These items may not be sold separately as standalone merchandise.
    ✧ [3x Price] Commercial products: Commercial Merchandise: Includes all Commercial Promotion rights above, plus the right to manufacture and sell physical or digital merchandise featuring the Artwork.【 COPYRIGHT & USAGE 】
The Artist:
✦ The Artist retains all rights to use the Artwork for self-promotional purposes, including displaying and advertising the Artwork on websites, social media, portfolios, and other platforms.
    ✧ Private commissions or permanent portfolio/display restrictions may incur an additional fee. Please include these details in your order form.
    ✧ Reasonable temporary display delays (e.g., until a birthday, product launch, or public announcement) are available at no additional charge. Please include these details in your order form.
The Customer:
✦ The Customer receives only the usage rights specified in the agreed license.
✦ Proper credit must be given to Kisagi1317, the Artist, when sharing the Artwork on social media.
✦ The Customer cannot claim the Artwork as their own creation. They only have ownership rights to their commissioned piece.
✦ Any layered source files (.PSD/.CSP) provided are licensed only for the agreed purpose. The Customer may not share, distribute, resell, or use the files beyond the agreed scope without the Artist's prior written consent.
✦ All artwork and designs by Kisagi1317 are strictly prohibited from being used with any blockchain-related technology, including generative AI, NFTs, and cryptocurrency.【 CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS 】
✦ The Customer may cancel the commission at any time before payment is made.
✦ Once payment has been made, refunds will not be issued. Please consider this carefully before making commission request.
✦ If no progress has been made on the commission for more than five (5) months, the Customer may request a refund. Any incomplete artwork, including sketches or work-in-progress files, may not be edited, completed, or used as a base by another artist without the Artist's prior written permission.

※ Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the Artist, prior to the commission.
