◣HOW TO ORDER◥
✦ Please read my Terms of Service (TOS) before order.
✦ Copy the following form and fill the information in an email to [email protected]. The preferred email subject is "Art Commission (the customer's name/alias)"
    ※Thai / English / Japanese are ok, however, English and Japanese are not my native languages, so please avoid using slang words.

Terms of Service

▍By commissioning me (Kisagi1317, "the Artist") in any kind of way, this automatically means you ("the Customer") have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service ("TOS").【 GENERAL TERMS 】
✦ The purchase is for digital files of the commission artwork ("the Artwork") in .png format only. No physical copies will be provided.
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I'm not comfortable with it or if it's beyond my abilities.
✦ The Customer and the Artist are not allowed to disclose each other's personal/contact details to any third parties without explicit consent from the other party.【 ORDER PROCESS 】
1. Send your order form to [email protected]. I will respond within 24–48 hours.
2. If I accept your commission request, I will send you an invoice.
3. After receiving payment, I will start a sketch and send it to you for feedback. You may request revisions to the sketch at this stage.
4. Once you approve the sketch, I will complete the Artwork and deliver the final files to your email.
✦ Important notes:
    ✧ Upon delivery of the Artwork, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. The Artist will not be responsible for loss of the Artwork once it has been sent. The Artist cannot guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.
    ✧ After the Artwork is completed, the Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor changes, free of charge. For significant changes, the Artist may or may not accept the request. If the Artist accepts the request, additional charge will be required.【 WORK SPEED & DEADLINES 】
✦ Commission completion time ranges from 2~6 weeks, depending on workload, type, and complexity.
    ✧ The Artist will inform the Customer if something comes up and there is a delay with the Artwork.
✦ If the Customer need their commission to be finished by a certain date, please ask the Artist first.
    ✧ If faster completion or tight deadlines are required, the Artist may charge additional fees. The details of any rush orders and the corresponding charges will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.【 PAYMENT & FEES 】
✦ I accept payment via PayPal invoice (USD) or Thai banking (THB).
✦ Base prices listed are for personal use.
✦ Additional fees may apply for complex commissions.
✦ Additional fees may apply for private commission or display restrictions. Please include these details in your order form.【 COMMERCIAL RIGHTS 】
✦ Any usage for commercial, advertising, and/or promotional purposes is considered commercial use.
✦ The price tiers provided below are for reference only. Please contact the Artist to confirm the price again, as it may vary depending on the details of the work.
    ✧ [2x Price] Promotional purposes: The Customer can use the Artwork in monetized platforms (e.g. Twitch.tv, Youtube, etc.) for promotional purposes.
    ✧ [3x Price] Commercial products: The Customer can use the Artwork on monetized platforms and sell merchandises featuring the Artwork.【 COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY 】
✦ The Artist:
    ✧ The Artist retains all rights to use the Artwork for promotional purposes, including displaying and advertising the Artwork on websites, social media, portfolios, and other platforms.
✦ The Customer:
    ✧ The Customer may use the Artwork for personal use only (including personal prints, posts, page decoration, profile pictures, etc.)
    ✧ The Customer who purchases commercial rights may use the artwork according to the specifications in the 【 COMMERCIAL RIGHTS 】 tier list.
    ✧ Proper credit must be given to Kisagi1317, the Artist, when sharing commissioned artwork on social media.
    ✧ The Customer cannot claim the Artwork as their own creation—they only have ownership rights to their commissioned piece.
    ✧ The Customer may not modify or edit the artwork without the Artist's permission. However, changing the background color or adding text is permitted.
    ✧ All artwork and designs by Kisagi1317 are strictly prohibited from being used with any blockchain-related technology, including generative AI, NFTs, and cryptocurrency.【 CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS 】
✦ If money has not been sent yet, the Customer has the right to cancel the commission.
✦ Once payment is made, no refunds will be given. Keep this in mind before making a request.
✦ Customer can only ask for a refund on orders with no progress for more than 5 months. Incomplete Artwork may not be edited or worked upon by any artist other than Kisagi1317
